I often work with clients who are stressed and anxious and can’t see a way forward. After a few sessions the change in them is amazing. They start to see that their lives can be different and that they can learn how to deal with stressful situations.
I do not tell a client what to do or give them advice, instead I guide them to set their own goals and make their own decisions on how to make positive changes in their lives.
At the end of a session I will ask you to set at least one goal, what the steps are that you need to take, and a time-frame in which to reach that goal.
